How does your shipping work?
Due to the COVID-19 supply chain disruption as well as delivery delays from couriers, please be prepared to have your goods shipped within approximately 15 business days after the day of the purchase.
Our products are well prepared to be shipped in order to avoid any kind of damage.
In between handling + shipping, our delivery time is within approximately 15 business days after the day of the purchase.Your shipping confirmation will be provided by e-mail with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped from our partner's warehouses.For back-order issues, customers will be notified by email if an item is on back-order. They may then choose another available item or a refund on the original item.
We ship to continental U.S. states only, not available on orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico or other international destinations.

How does your free shipping work?
We offer free shipping on all our products if the orders are over $70. Free shipping refers to standard shipping; express delivery and second day charges are extra. Our free shipping offer is available to the lower 48, continental U.S. states only, not available on orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico or other international destinations.
What is your returns policy?
All Return Authorizations must be handled only through our RETURNS CENTER, CLICK HERE
Merchandise needs to be returned within 30 days of purchase and in original wrappings with tags attached.
Do not return the goods without requesting the RMA through our RETURN CENTER. It cannot be done over the phone.
If you return the goods without having an RMA # approved by email and/or return after 30 days from the purchase date, a 25% service fee will be deducted from your refund.
Our return policy states that the merchandise purchased through our website need to be returned according to the following rules:
Request a return through our RETURNS CENTER, CLICK HEREPlease, allow 2-3 business days for your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to be approved.After your RMA is approved and confirmed via email, you should follow the instructions given on the email and ship the goods (at your own cost) back to the following location or bring them to the store without any cost with a copy of the RMA approved. If the merchandise is not returned in original wrapping and with tags, your order may be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee.Our FREE SHIPPING promotion is a courtesy on orders over $70 and applicable charge will be deducted when credit is processed. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.Refund will be processed after the merchandise is returned in a new and re-salable condition.
Please, note that we do not provide a return label for shipping. ONLY FOR A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. The return shipping will be at your own cost.

How does your "restocking fee" policy work?
If the merchandise is not returned in original wrapping and with tags, your order may be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee.
What kind of credit card payments do you accept?
Lamp Shade Solution accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, JCB, and Discover credit cards for online purchases on our website.
What other payment options are available?
Apple Pay, Google Play, PayPal, Shop Pay Instalments are available as a payment option at checkout.
EXCHANGES, CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
How does your exchanges policy work?
If customer wants to make an exchange of a product for a product of different value of the original one, the customer is responsible for the return shipping, charges and the difference in price. The new product order should be placed separately on the website.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible at email@example.com.
We need to know 36 hours after that you wish to change or cancel your order before we ship the goods out to you.
Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming cancellation.
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
We here at Lamp Shade Solution have made customer satisfaction our top priority, we work hard to provide you with the best prices possible. If you find the identical item within 15 days of the original order date, we will match that price and refund to you 10% of the price difference based on the requirements below.
To request a price match, you should:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org the subject PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE including the website address and a screenshot. Your name with phone number and zip code.Your order number.
We will review your request and respond within two business days.
Your item may be eligible for price matching if it is:
Identical item to the online retailer's item.The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number. It must be in stock for shipping and delivery/pickup at the time of Price Match for approved online competitors.Shipping costs must be included when making Total Price comparisons. Be sure to include merchandise PLUS shipping/handling costs charged elsewhere.

The Lamp Shade Solution Price Match Guarantee excludes clearance, closeout and returned items. Other restrictions may apply, but we are happy to answer additional questions if you contact our Customer Service team.

With measuring tape in hand, here is how to measure your lampshades:
Across the top.Across the bottom.Across the side.
Keep Top x Bottom x Slant as the formula that you use in the future. If you know that your lamp base requires a certain size of the lampshade, you can record the information in your phone or a small notebook for reference purposes. That way you won’t make the mistake of buying the wrong lampshade that you have to return or exchange.
A fourth dimension along with Top, Bottom, and Slant is to measure the height from top to bottom using a straight line. It may determine the type of shade that works best. As a rule of thumb, the diameter of the bottom of the shade matters most because it should be greater than the lamp body height.
