I was very unhappy w/the drum shades that came w/the lamps that I recently purchased. I searched online and found your company…. Scrolled until I found just the shades fhat I had envisioned on my lamps…. Ordered them…they arrived very promptly and in perfect condition. They are absolutely beautiful on my lamps… looks as if they were made for them!!

Shades arrived ahead of schedule in perfect condition. True to description, shades are made to perfection. I am a very particular person, and I have to say I am very impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of my shades.

Trying to replace a custom shade can be difficult but this site had a lot of choices and we were able to find something that closely matched the dimensions of our existing shade. I thought the price and delivery time were a bit excessive, but it shipped quicker than originally estimated and the quality of the product was very good, so I’d say the price was fair. Only complaint I had was that the shape of the shade was a little bit different than what we saw on the website (shade outline had an extra wave or curve to it rather than one smooth curve). In the end the shade looked good on the lamp, so we kept it.

Olivia in customer service goes way beyond expectations when providing help. I would put her in the top 10 for customer service ever. She was able send me a sample of the shade (FREE!) I was interested in, and she answered all my questions and followed up with me several times.

Now for the shade; It's beautiful! I never would have purchased it if Olivia hadn't been able to provide me with all the information I needed to make the purchase. I'm so grateful for her help because we love it!

In the photograph for this lamp, the item is depicted as having a mellow medium-brown ‘bamboo’ color. When it arrived, however, I was quite dismayed to see that it instead had a very dark African mahogany tone. Mind you, this lamp is exceptionally well built, and even the dark mahogany color is lovely in and of itself—-but it is not what I ordered. Below is a photograph of my new purchase, shown in situ.
