Return Policy

Merchandise needs to be returned within 30 days of purchase and in original wrappings with tags attached. 

Do not return the goods without requesting the RMA through our RETURN CENTER. It cannot be done over the phone.

If you return the goods without having a RMA # approved by email and/or return after 30 days from the purchase date, a 25% service fee will be deducted from your refund.

Love the shade! The gold interior is just the right gold…not a green gold like so many others that give off a sour light. Clearly well made shade. The seam is so smooth and flat that the shade looks, well, seamless! Couldn’t be more pleased!

I bought a handmade lamp from a craftsman near Asheville, NC. In my opinion the shade was too small for the lamp. I looked many places online but couldnot find the right kind of shade until I found the Lamp Shade Solution website. They had the perfect size, ordering was easy and delivery prompt. When the package arrived the box was somewhat misshapen, but the lamp shade it self was fine inside. It looks great on the new lamp.
