Handling takes about 2-3 business days: our products need to be well wrapped and prepared to be shipped in order to avoid any kind of damage. Shipping takes about 3-5 business days (depending on your location). Total time frame about 5-8 business days.

Your shipping confirmation will be provided by e-mail with tracking number as soon as we receive it from the vendor.

For backed order issues, the customer will be notified by email whether to choose another selection available or refund.

We ship to continental U.S. states only, not available on orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico or other international destinations.

Merchandise needs to be returned within 30 days of purchase and in original wrappings with tags attached. 

Do not return the goods without requesting the RMA through our RETURN CENTER. It cannot be done over the phone.

If you return the goods without having a RMA # approved by email and/or return after 30 days from the purchase date, a 25% service fee will be deducted from your refund.
