Return Policy

Merchandise needs to be returned within 30 days of purchase and in original wrappings with tags attached. 

Do not return the goods without requesting the RMA through our RETURN CENTER. It cannot be done over the phone.

If you return the goods without having a RMA # approved by email and/or return after 30 days from the purchase date, a 25% service fee will be deducted from your refund.

I shopped on lamps plus and Ballard designs, but the styles were not was I was looking for. Lamp is lovely but it arrived obviously repacked in ancient styrofoam that pixelated all over the floor making it impossible to repack and return. The clear, "speaker wire" power cord was also cut and had to be repaired. Finally, there was a huge blemish on the brass bass that remains. The saving grace is that it was $125 including shipping so, I'll deal with the shortcomings.
