This website made it easy to find the perfect lampshade replacement for a favorite lamp. The shade I selected was available elsewhere for a higher price, making the decision about where to purchase an easy one. The item did not arrive quickly but I also was not in a hurry. When it arrived, it was well packaged and in perfect condition. The lampshade is beautiful and well constructed. It is exactly what I wanted at a great price. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

Really cute lamp - I didn’t give it 5 stars because it was smaller than I thought (even though I checked the measurements). I wish there had been a side view picture- the base is not as thick as I thought it would be. Lamp shade is pretty and expensive looking.

I did not like the product and immediately asked for a refund, after receiving the item in a damaged box. I indicated the item had not been damaged but I did not like the product and would like a refund. I was then told to send pictures of the damaged item and box. Although I sent photos in the return request, I’m having the hardest time getting help with a refund and suspect this is deliberate. Won’t do any future business.

We really like our new lampshades! It was very difficult to find a replacement racetrack lampshade for our lamps, Lampshade Solutions was the only vendor I could find that offered one, and thankfully the color offered worked with our lamps! I was a little nervous with the 2-3 week lead time to ship, but it was two and everything shipped and delivered as advertised. Would highly recommend this company!
